Tai Chi Chuan ist eine traditionelle chinesische Form von Körperübungen, bei der sich harmonische Atmung, geistige Aufmerksamkeit und fließende Bewegungen zusammen fügen. Die Übungen eignen sich für jedes Alter, wirken sich positiv auf Organismus und Körperhaltung aus und fördern Konzentration und Ausgeglichenheit. Bei dieser meditativen Bewegungsform ist ein gewisses Maß an Beweglichkeit und Ausdauer auf der körperlichen und geistigen Ebene erforderlich.
