Er wurde dort am 27. August 1770 geboren, lebte bis 1788 in Stuttgart und starb 1831 in Berlin. Das Haus wurde im Krieg nicht zerstört und im 19. und 20. Jahrhundert für Ladeneinrichtungen jeglicher Art genutzt; zuletzt als Antiquitätenhandlung.
