Von 2020 bis 2025 war sie als Oberregierungsrätin persönliche Referentin des Landesbeauftragten für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (LfDI) Baden-Württemberg. Hier war Clarissa Henning verantwortlich für den Themenkomplex Datenethik und beriet den LfDI bzgl.
