Ebenso beleuchtet er die praktische Anwendung dieser Rahmenbedingungen im institutionellen Forschungsdatenmanagement. Im Zentrum der Studie steht die Frage, inwieweit sich aus der Guten Wissenschaftlichen Praxis neue, forschungsnahe Rechtsstandards für den Umgang mit Forschungsdaten ableiten lassen.
