Holley began in their own journey of resignation from a toxic workplace, to found Oratory Glory, and has continued to work in spreading stories and helping people find meaning in their life and work. Many people find that they don’t fit into the boxes that those around them expect them to fit in, causing them to shrink themselves. Their ideas and their aspirations. Finding your own narrative can bring you back towards finding meaning in your life and in your work. Dare to be inconvenient, different, and work with things that make your heart sing.
